- every time you hear a harmonica in the score
- when someone picks up, drops, lights, chew on, or puts out on another man's face a cigar
- when someone falls to the ground with a noose around their neck
- for every bad dubbing job
- every time Clint exposes his gun
- for every Dead or Alive poster
- when Clint kills 3 or more men in a gunfight
- for every shot of a flabbergasted townsperson
- every time Tuco calls Clint "Blondie"
Drink twice
- every time Clint calls Tuco "Dagwood"
- when Clint kills 5 or more men in a gunfight
- when two of the main characters share the frame
- every time the word "bad" is superimposed on the screen
Drink three times
- if all three characters share the frame
- every time the word "good" is superimposed on the screen
- for every death not attributed to a gunshot wound
Chug your drink
- when the half-soldier appears
Finish your drink
- before somebody fires a gun in the final duel
